this is a situation where mancub has endured longsuffering. this is a situation where the legal system can be self-correcting and right a wrong that has been in play for 5 years.

the judge can make a judgement wednesday morning. we do not have to be there, they will call mancub if they have questions. we want the judge to make a swift, effective ruling for mancub's appeal.

neither of us ever thot that we would be involved in anything legal- i for one have tried to avoid such things. but, this is a matter of justice and fairness and not enduring the rest of your life in the atmosphere of a misapplied verdict.
