where have we been?

2004- i started a diary for mancub for his birthday... i started it in march or so (?), to get it ready for his bday by june. a virtual space for his friends to post birthday stuff on. it was called "where's my fucking pants?" and it was fun. people posted cool & weird stuff on it and blogged. it lasted through june... and as a sociological study... it did not last after june.

after june, i converted his diary from a friends one to one for mancub's kids - to see if it would catch on. it did not- they passively looked at it. i guess they liked it as much as a rectal thermometer.

in the meantime i lost a grip on my own diary. CAN ANYONE SAY "CO-DEPENDANT"?

a year-and-a-half discipline erroded.

so, the moral of the story is: you can "lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink" in the world of blogging. you either have a blogging gene, or you don't! I do, so now i moved the gold membership over to kimgo- now to post pictures and revolting crap of various types on this diary! luck you!
