it is weird to put stuff "out there" and feel it wafting through an electrical pulse into god-knows-where-dom.

so to have a little feedback feels... nice.

it's like an actress having lost a motive... do to a heavy work- and three children. need more be said? i lost direction and energy. to have someone say "i read you and i like you"... well, it makes the actress find her motivation.

how we need each other. americans are all about independence, but in truth, we only become more due to our connections that ask us to BE more. i become more patient, more mature, more real in my connection to others.

we get to try. to grow into better people. or not. it is up to each one of us to decide.

today was about someone's wrongful termination in a company that works alongside ours. there was a temper flare that went up like a canon, and this gal got nailed. having to watch all this was rather mortifying. and it all had to do with issues of power and ego and impulse and aspiration. (and wining, to be totally honest).

it is a weary thing to watch the pain humans can avail on one another. how we can hide and stay small and do the cowardly thing.

there was nothing i could do today for this person, but the prospect of not renewing our contract with this vendor is a strong possibility.

on the other hand... my hair is growing.
